During his development with the Rangers, he was selected to the Washington State Olympic Development Program from the ages 15—18 and was selected 1 year with the Region IV Olympic program pool. He finished his youth club play with top club, Snohomish United Santos. Webb has been seen playing time as a substitute for the Whitecaps early on in the season, and has also been featured for Whitecaps' PDL team, Vancouver Whitecaps Residency.
Bellingham United completed their third season in operation at the end of this past July. McIntyre and Bellingham United did just that as they averaged nearly fans per game for the first three years of operations while playing at Civic Stadium late April through late July. Bellingham United gear, with the black and white crest with the image of Mt Baker, is often seen on the training grounds for local youth and adult soccer players.
